A status update. Lots of things have transpired over the last few months that have forced New Lands to the side for the time being.
I'll be getting married on Saturday and after that I hope to reboot this website, finish the new album, and start the next one.
I'll also be posting the remastered Distant single eventually.
There has been some progress made on our other new record. The Vera Violets fourth full-length should be finished by January.
We're quite happy with it so far. Keep an ear out for that.

New Lands will be performing at Kelly's Pub in downtown Tampa on May 3rd.
This will be a record release party for Pirate Prude's first full-length album "Exile in Circuitville".

New Lands received a mention in today's Tampa Bay Times (tbt*) Ultimate Local Music Guide.

"Distant" is now available for download.
The single consists of the title track, two b-sides, and the original demo recording.
The video was shot in Austria and in Florida by Roberto Rosaly.
Thank you to Roberto, Jonathan, Allison, and the actors for their assistance with this release.
